A Week of Tasting the Fruits of Farm Labor
Join us for an exciting and enriching week-long camp focused on the delicious world of plants, preservation, and pizza! Campers will experience the joy of harvesting their own tomatoes, basil, and more while learning essential culinary skills to prepare fresh meals and canned preservation techniques.
Camp Highlights
Harvesting Fresh Ingredients: Campers will enjoy hands-on activities by harvesting tomatoes, basil, and other ingredients from our community gardens, learning the importance of growing their own food.
Culinary Skills: Participants will prepare homemade tomato sauce, pesto, and pizza using the fresh ingredients they harvest, fostering an appreciation for cooking and food sustainability.
